Desirable technical skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Some experience in in SQL, HTML or CSS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing configuration changes to our software applications, with a focus on our Financial Services systems.
- Collaborating effectively with various business units to develop requirements documentation and obtain approvals from business owners.
- Planning and delivering configuration changes within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Performing tasks such as template creation, new/edited data fields, Pages Customization, Rules Engine Management, Workflows, and Callflows.
- Conducting thorough analysis, impact assessments, design, development, and rigorous testing of configuration changes./
- Ensuring that all configuration changes adhere to company standards and the agreed delivery framework.
- Proactively recommending configuration improvements to enhance system efficiency.
- Actively participating in projects as required.
