- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Supervise and motivate kitchen staff
- Contribute to menu planning and development
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in maintaining inventory and controlling food costs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
