As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our culinary team, assisting in the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will work closely with our Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Oversee stock levels and place orders for your section to maintain optimal inventory.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared with precision and attention to detail, meeting our exceptional quality standards.
• Work effectively within a team to deliver an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
• Manage your section with strong organisational and communication skills to ensure timely and efficient service.

What you Need:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-pressure, busy kitchen environment.
• A genuine enthusiasm for cooking and a commitment to culinary excellence.
• A meticulous approach to food preparation and presentation.
• Ability to supervise and inspire a small team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and other departments.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work harmoniously within a team.
