The Imperial Hotel, an award winning 4 star hotel are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to work in their busy kitchen and further strengthen their current team, preparing food for all areas, including their 2 AA Rosette awarded Chantrey's Restaurant. You will be responsible for working with the team to provide a seamless and high standard of service, as well as working alongside the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef.
The contract is 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, including both shift work and straight shifts.
Includes a competitive salary, negotiable dependant on experience.
