The role is a 45 hours position. Any hours worked over and above the 45 hours are paid at your normal hourly rate.
We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef at Seamill Hydro Hotel. The role itself will be primarily to support the Head Chef and assist in the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen.
Our Junior Sous Chef will be confident in all areas of the kitchen department. You will be responsible in assisting the Head Chef in effectively managing the brigade and ensuring the quality of food meets RAD Hotel Group standards and meets current Food Hygiene laws. You will be organised and have a keen eye for detail.
The successful person will look like:
Previous experience in high volume and fast paced kitchen will be highly beneficial
Previous experience at Senior Chef de Partie or above level
Creative with eye for detail
Organised and good time management
Good communications skills
Passion for food
