**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence are maintained
- Contribute to menu planning, creation, and the delivery of exceptional fine-dining experiences
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team, leading by example and ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- Uphold strict standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness
- Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and a passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a rosette or Michelin-starred environment is advantageous
- Strong culinary skills and a keen interest in fine dining
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to culinary excellence
