As our new Junior Speech Analyst, you’ll work closely with our Customer Operations department to help improve the quality of calls, support our agents and control risk through using the CallMiner platform. You’ll collate data directly from CallMiner to breakdown the word content of our telephone conversations with Customers and use this data to help make improvements. You’ll also support new starters with using the CallMiner tool, and present to clients.
In this rewarding role you’ll use your expertise with the specific emphasis on the following duties:
- Accountable for job schedules – ensuring ingestion of voice and transcript data is aligned with expectations and escalate where necessary within agreed SLA.
- Innovative approach in Design, build, implement, maintain the governance and behaviour queries ensuring key stakeholders are provided with the necessary outputs to drive daily / weekly / monthly reviews.
- Design, build, implement and maintain performance-based queries to identify and optimize revenue potentials’ while driving performance, customer engagement and compliance standards.
- Responsible for achieving and optimizing live call analytics.
- Cross contaminates speech / voice analytical data with multimedia data sets to identify new trends and outputs.
- Design and conduct extensive analysis of performance trends and provide insightful business performance reporting as and when required.
- Develop and update CallMiner documentation contents to insure data and process integrity.
To support you with your role, out in-house talent development team will provide any necessary training.
