A leading structural innovation agency is currently seeking a motivated and collaborative Junior Strategist to join their team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with renowned FMCG brands, contributing to the creation of sustainable packaging solutions. This agency blends strategic thinking with structural design expertise to develop packaging solutions that resonate with consumers, businesses, and the planet. With a focus on gathering insights from various sources, including consumer experience, brand and category trends, sustainability legislation, and emerging technologies, the company is committed to delivering impactful results.
Key duties
- Conducting independent secondary research and analysis on consumer, food, popular culture, and design trends.
- Gathering insights on sustainability legislation, infrastructure, and emerging packaging technologies.
- Presenting findings confidently and clearly to the client, as well as support with implementing strategies
- Supporting project delivery by creating timelines, scheduling meetings, and gathering workshop materials.
- Collaborating efficiently with the wider team to ensure alignment and project success.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a creative/brand/consumer/trends/sustainability-focused role.
- Strong interest and understanding of the consumer, popular culture, and design trends.
- Excellent research (primary or secondary), analysis, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
