Location: Bristol, UK - Hyrbid 3+ days in the office per week

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Junior Supply Chain Supervisor

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team in Bristol.

Reporting to the global logistics team whilst working closely with the Head of Professional Services, you will be a core member of a new team at Vaarst, that is dedicated to providing clients with the best data available as quickly as possible with the SubSLAM system.

You will oversee the logistics and procurement needs professional services team being responsible for part procurement and inventory management to overseeing global shipments.


If you are adaptable able to react to challenges as they arise, are well-organised and have an understanding of Supply Chain management We’ll welcome your ideas & input and support your development. In addition, this is an incredible opportunity to help further the transition to renewable energy


Vaarst is an exciting and dynamic environment meaning these are likely to change as we grow, upon joining your objectives and responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee and implement the procurement of equipment within the UK and internationally
  • Responsible for the logistics for incoming/out-going equipment
  • Inventory and stock management
  • Including maintenance/development of our inventory management system
  • Maintenance and development of our Supply Chain
  • Maintaining key relationships with stakeholders
  • Audit control of equipment and stock
  • Manual handling preparing camera system shipments

  • Full UK driving license

  • Team Interview: Engage in a 1.5-hour interview with a few team members. Experience the role firsthand and share your skills and experience. We'll discuss our technologies, key skills, and team dynamics. As always, feel free to ask any questions you may have.
  • Final Conversation: Meet with a senior leader, for a 30-minute discussion. This is your opportunity to express your thoughts on the role and ask any final questions. We'll clarify expectations and ensure this role aligns with your aspirations.
