My Client works are a Cloud based solutions partner. In this IT Services role will assist with several essential operations of the IT team to deliver excellent customer service. This varied role will require flexibility, quick learning, creativity with self-motivation, an interest in IT technologies, an inquisitive nature and customer service skills are essential to enhance and develop this role.

Suitable candidates should demonstrate some of the following:

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows technologies.

Ability to troubleshoot common hardware/software issues.

Attention to detail is key in this role for the smooth running of the service.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Open to asking questions and obtaining information to deliver the responsibilities of the role.
