Our client is based on the outskirts of Cambridge and is looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer with a minimum of two years of experience. The ideal candidate with have experience with 1st line support and knowledge of 2nd line support methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for any IT internal tickets raised.
- Diagnose and triage any software or hardware related issues.
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management and Intune
- Understanding of basic Network fundamentals
- Previous experience with O365, Active Directory and Cyber essentials
- Ability to pick up new skills quickly and enthusiasm to learn and develop your IT career further.
