Junior Technology Analyst

JUNIOR TECHNOLOGY ANALYSTWELLINGBOROUGH (HYBRID)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Technology Analyst to join our Technology and Change team in a newly created role which will give exposure to all systems used across Arkle Finance. 

Based in our Wellingborough Head Office, you will work fully onsite during your training and thereafter can move to 3 days per week onsite (or fully onsite if you prefer!).

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

This will be an incredibly varied role operating across everything Arkle does, so no two days will look the same.  Broadly, your role will involve:

• Understanding all aspects of the Arkle Technology footprint.
• Supporting the Technical Delivery Manager in ensuring services are designed and delivered to the required standard.
• Understanding the data underpinning the business and its systems and developing solutions to support analytics and reporting.
• Working with colleagues across the business to identify and articulate problems, provide solutions, and integrate any new technologies.
• Designing and deploying innovative solutions to improve employee productivity and communication Supporting on project deliverables.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices as well as new technologies
• BAU activities such as managing access to systems, supporting audits, and providing technical support to colleagues if needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Practical experience with a range of technologies including coding and data manipulation (this could be gained during assignments while studying).
• Knowledge of development lifecycles and methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile.
• Good understanding of programming languages (e.g. SQL).
• A motivated self-started with good problem-solving abilities.

IT WOULD BE NICE FOR YOU TO HAVE

• Exposure to Salesforce.
• Experience in a technical support role or internship.
