Job title: Junior Test Analyst
Day rate: 165
Contract length: 6–month FTC
Location: Bristol (hybrid working)
Here are a few examples of what your daily tasks would include:
Contribute to the delivery of testing documentation (test planning and test closure documentation)Support and contribute to delivery of accurate test estimates for smaller, less complex projectsProduce reliable, quality Test Preparation and Test Execution items aligned with best practice guidelines independently with minimal guidancePlan and execute test case scenarios/scripts in line with test case definition processesWork within defined standards, good testing practice and strategiesSound interesting? Previous experience as a Test Analyst is essential.Able to understand technical and functional specifications and seek clarification where neededAble to work to a plan and report own progress to Test Services Team LeadDemonstrable experience of Test Preparation and Test ExecutionA good working knowledge of testing tools and defect management techniques including automated testing tools which may be utilised in the futureExcellent report writing skills as well as analytical skills and proficiency in MS office toolsExcellent communication skills with the ability to present summary level information that is accurate and relevantA challenging and enquiring mind, attention to detail and tenacityExperience in a wide variety of testing efforts
Location: The office is based in Bristol but the role is hybrid.
