Here's the exciting bit…a day includes

As a Test Analyst you will carry out tests in accordance with scenarios defined by the business and allocated by the Senior Test Team Lead & Business Analyst.
Tests will be focused on ASW UK websites (Superdrug & Savers), Mobile Apps and CRM systems.
You will be expected to be thorough and structured in your approach and to log your test results clearly.
Key Responsibilities
Testing of new software development
Test ad hoc changes to modified software
Accurate recording of test results
Re-Create and verify defects as necessary
Assist in Maintaining logs of results in relevant systems
Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues on and offshore
Contribute to writing test scripts where required
Assist with reviewing scripts for relevance and accuracy
Provide support for production monitoring and assist with production issues as required
Job role entails regular communication with offshore teams and technical team members.
Technical requirements (desired, not essential)
Experience of testing Websites and Mobile App Testing
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC)
Knowledge of Defect management tools i.e JIRA
IT related education and/or certifications preferred

Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.
