Quinton Davies are pleased to announce that we have an amazing opportunity for a Junior Test Analyst to join a well-regarded and established not-for-profit on a 6-month fixed term contract - here are the details of the job vacancy:

Job title: Junior Test Analyst
Day rate: £165

Contract length: 6-month FTC
Location: Bristol (hybrid working)

Here are a few examples of what your daily tasks would include:

• Contribute to the delivery of testing documentation (test planning and test closure documentation)
• Support and contribute to delivery of accurate test estimates for smaller, less complex projects
• Produce reliable, quality Test Preparation and Test Execution items aligned with best practice guidelines independently with minimal guidance
• Plan and execute test case scenarios/scripts in line with test case definition processes
• Work within defined standards, good testing practice and strategies

Sound interesting? These are the required skills for the role:

• Previous experience as a Test Analyst is essential.
• Able to understand technical and functional specifications and seek clarification where needed
• Able to work to a plan and report own progress to Test Services Team Lead
• Demonstrable experience of Test Preparation and Test Execution
• A good working knowledge of testing tools and defect management techniques including automated testing tools which may be utilised in the future
• Excellent report writing skills as well as analytical skills and proficiency in MS office tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present summary level information that is accurate and relevant
• A challenging and enquiring mind, attention to detail and tenacity
• Experience in a wide variety of testing efforts

Location: The office is based in Bristol but the role is hybrid.
