ADA are partnered with a Digital Agency in Altrincham that deliver exceptional web and mobile applications.
The SME are currently in the process of scaling up their technology outfit due recent project successes and commercial growth. Hence, they are looking for a Junior UI UX Designer to join their small design team as they scale.
This a great opportunity to manage, and work, on several greenfield projects for a business as move to the next phase of their growth.
You can expect a salary of up to £32,000 28 days holiday, a training budget, pension & bonus, amongst other benefits. You can also work in a relaxed remote fashion (1 day per week)
You’ll have of autonomy, with progressions options in the company very open to their tech team, will many promoted internally.
So, if you’re a design maestro with a knack for turning digital dreams into reality, with around 1 years’ experience and solid experience with Figma, we’ve got golden opportunity for you to spread your creative wings!
What You'll Be Doing
• Collaborating seamlessly with our stellar team to shape user experiences that leave a lasting impression.
• Translating abstract concepts into tangible, visually stunning designs.
• Harnessing the power of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and, most importantly, Figma.
What We're Looking For:
• Passion for UI/UX design with a dazzling portfolio to prove it
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience or eagerness to dive deep into the world of Figma
• Ability to transform complex ideas into user-friendly designs
• A collaborative spirit and a pinch of creative initiative

Interview Process 🚀
• 1st stage; initial phone screen lasting usually around 30 mins, which covers culture fit, a load of information on the company and where you would fit in
• 2nd stage; a more in-depth face to face interview which includes a little more in-depth conversation about your background, projects you have worked on and a couple of competency questions
