MHR’s IT division is recruiting for a Junior Windows Systems Specialist to join its busy Cloud Services Team.
MHR own and operate private Datacentres. The opportunity to support, learn and develop in an environment that is based around physical datacentre infrastructure, rather than simply using cloud provisioned resources is becoming rare and is an incredible opportunity for professional development.
What you’ll be doing:
The role of the Junior Windows Systems Specialist is to provide support within the Windows Systems Team.
- Focus on delivering excellent customer service and experience.
- Focus on delivering to a target of 100% available service across the Windows systems and associated services.
- Provide operational support across all Windows and datacentre systems and services.
- Assist in the build and deployment of server architecture into data centres in line with company standards and build procedures.
- Partake in continual personal and professional development to stay up to date with the technology in the field and to progress to a senior level.

Skills we are looking for:
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in a general IT support environment
- Windows Systems administration
- Active Directory familiarity
- PowerShell script advantageous but not essential
- Basic Networking knowledge
- Basic Azure knowledge
