Job Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant or a Junior Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a Junior Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our administrative staff and assist with various clerical tasks. This is an entry-level position that offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in office administration.
Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting information into computerized systems
- Assist with managing and organizing office documents and files
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Basic social media
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Familiarity with data entry processes and accuracy in handling numerical data
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Full training will be provided to the chosen candidate
