Junior/Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Refurbishment

As a Junior/Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining our client within the sub-contractor market. The successful candidate will be part of a growing and successful team.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:

• Construction related qualification to diploma or degree level, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Full clean UK driving license
• Proficient in MS Office Suites including Excel and Word
• Demonstration of cost estimating techniques
• Knowledge of construction contracts

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Subcontract procurement via tenders and preparing and completing subcontract documentation.
• Valuing work instructions
• Pricing works
• Manage and maintain our relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Submission of variations and early warnings
• Input into budgets, forecasting and monthly reconciliations
• Additional administration duties, analysis, reporting and projects as required
• Liaise with clients and candidates, must be able to travel independently
