Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Keighley. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with young children, a warm and nurturing personality, and a commitment to providing outstanding care and education.

Responsibilities:

• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote their physical, cognitive, and social development.
• Create a safe and stimulating environment where children can learn through play.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Observe and assess children's progress and development, and communicate with parents about their child's achievements and areas for improvement.
• Plan and implement activities that support the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Ensure the nursery environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Adhere to safeguarding and health and safety policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children aged 6 months to 5 years old.
• Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dedication to providing high-quality care and education to children.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards working with children.
