Are you an Account Manager with a passion and understanding of Engineering principles? Perhaps you are from the Oil and Gas / Engineering industry looking to move into a Technical Sales position?

On offer is the opportunity to increase the company's rental service line by targeting O&G Operators, developing both new and existing customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in building and maintaining successful client relationships and a solid understanding of engineering principles, while implementing successful business growth strategies.
Daily activities include managing all business development activities, fostering demand creation, overseeing the development of technical and commercial proposals, securing opportunities to increase the market share as well as identifying new product solutions and services based on client feedback.
The Role:

• Achieve significant revenue growth for the rental service business unit
• Develop and implement a 'go to market' strategy and tactical plan
• Cultivate strong, loyal relationships with existing clients to deliver demand generation
• Cultivate new relationships with new clients to increase market share
• Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; strategic positioning of service with customers; technical solution pitches; clarifications; negotiations; close deals and handover to Project and Operations Team
• Working closely within the Revenue team, sharing knowledge, discussing ideas and helping the team to achieve financial targets

The Person:

• Experience in project and commercial management, negotiation, market research, and developing client relationships
• Technical knowledge of hydraulic equipment / vessels / winches / mechanical maintenance
