Our client, based in Brighton, is a busy and rapidly growing company who are looking to hire a Key Account Manager Team Leader to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with key clients. You will lead a team focused on delivering exceptional service and ensuring the satisfaction of our Key Accounts.
Responsibilities as a Key Account Manager Team Leader
- Leading the Key Accounts team, providing guidance, performance check-ins, training, and support.
- Overseeing office tasks such as customer & client calls, bookings & emails.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
- Understanding the unique needs and requirements of each Key Account.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify growth opportunities within Key Accounts.
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services to key clients.
- Monitoring Key Account performance and satisfaction.
- Managing escalations and resolving issues promptly.
- Developing strategies to grow revenue from Key Accounts.
- Providing regular reports on Key Account performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Key Account management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding Key Account targets.
- Knowledge of the white goods or appliance repair industry is a plus.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
