Our community Centre addresses are:

The Cube - 116 Kings Avenue, London, SW4 8EP

Moorlands Community Centre, 50A Corry Drive, London SW9 8QT

Ashmole Tenants Hall - 113 Claylands Road, London SW8 1PL

This post will be central to increasing access to our community spaces and to the effective running of community centers across Lambeth.

The role will work closely with the Community Centre Co-Ordinator and report to the Regional Manager.

There are 2 other bank workers serving these community centers and this role will provide a third bank worker to increase access to community centers for the community/hirers.

Duties include:

• Opening and closing of The Cube, Moorlands or Ashmole Community Centre when they are booked for Hirers and their guests.
• Reporting repairs and maintenance issues as and when they arise.
• Ensure the premises is ready for the Hirer or event organiser as well as putting equipment such as tables and chairs away after event.
• Other Duties will include light cleaning tasks, rubbish disposal and periodically allowing access to contractors.

We encourage applications from MTVH residents living in Lambeth who have a flexible approach to work, able to work as an when required, able to problem solve in a quick and effective manner, maintain high performance standards, and can work alone without close guidance.

Hours: This role will be on a zero-hour contract. The post holder will need to be flexible dependent on the programmes run at the Centre.
