Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Train and supervise retail staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in creating and implementing promotional campaigns and initiatives
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with customers
- Proficient in point-of-sale systems and other retail software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions based on findings
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
