Key Production Lead

Your new company are one of the UK's largest FMCG manufacturers, originally started in County Tyrone 80 years ago, and has now become a large, billion-pound business employing over 10,000 people.

Your new role
As a Key Production Lead, you will ensure operational efficiency on site, organise labour to ensure targets are met and liaise with other supervisors, suppliers and management in order to effectively meet targets. You will maintain an awareness of product quality, monitor the usage of chemicals and maintain hygiene standards. You will assist in the overall running of the factory unit and take an active role in equipment, transport and customer liaison.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for the role will have some people management experience, with the ability to reason effectively. You should have strong communication skills, be able to work on your own initiative, and be computer-literate. You should have strong numerical skills, good manual dexterity is essential, as well as a good level of English.
