Job Title: Key Stage 1 Primary Teacher Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex Job Type: Full-time, January - July 2024 Job Description: Are you a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Primary Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Haywards Heath, West Sussex? We are seeking an enthusiastic educator to join the team at this lovely primary school. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons to Key Stage 1 students. Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere to encourage student participation and learning. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices. Foster a safe and supportive environment for children's social and emotional development. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress. Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enrich the student experience. Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with Key Stage 1 students is highly desirable. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for teaching. A creative and innovative approach to delivering the curriculum.
