Salary: £34,514 - £51,179 per annum

TimePlan Education is working with successful Ilford primary school seeking a Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their team from September 2024. This position could be in either year 1 or year 2. The school is open to teachers with experience and those who are beginning their teaching career. The school would also be interested in meeting teachers who are trained in countries with comparable teaching qualifications such as New Zealand, Australia and Canada and will interview via Teams, Zoom etc.

The Key Stage 1 Teacher Role:

• Positions available in either year 1 or 2
• Year level will be matched to the successful candidate
• Full teaching responsibilities including planning, delivery and assessment

• Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of individual learners

• Working as part of a wider phase supporting each other with planning and assessment

Required Skills and Qualifications for the Key Stage 1 Teacher Role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching primary age children

• A strong understanding of the national curriculum
• Excellent classroom management skills
• The ability to inspire and motivate pupils
