Primary Teacher & KS2 Leader - Dunstable, Bedfordshire - Permanent role starting September 2024 - MPS/UPS plus TLR 2b - 2 form entry Academy School with 'Good' Ofsted

This state-of-the-art Academy Primary School located in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, has recently received a 'Good' Ofsted grade across all areas and has ambitious plans to develop further. This is a large primary school with excellent facilities throughout. The school was purpose-built 7 years ago and has been designed to create a calm atmosphere with large, bright classrooms and plenty of outdoor space. The school is well-resourced throughout with the latest ICT facilities, a traditional library full of books, and the space for outdoor learning. Staff turnover is low, and there is a good balance between newly qualified teachers and experienced practitioners who work well together to ensure progression takes place for all students. Starting in September, the School will require an experienced teacher who is looking to lead Key Stage 2 to help lead the school through the next phase of its development.

About the Role - Key Stage 2 Coordinator - Dunstable, Bedfordshire

As phase leader for Key Stage 2, this important role for the school must be taken on by the right teacher to ensure the school's continued development and improvement. The role will require a teacher who can lead by example and therefore will only suit those who are confident of teaching consistently 'Good' or better lessons. The successful post-holder will need to be open to sharing good practice to develop staff at every opportunity. Open to further development yourself and keen to work closely with the senior leadership team is a must as this school progresses towards becoming an 'Outstanding' educator.
