Job Title: KS2 Teacher with TLR (Key Stage 2 Teacher with Teaching and Learning Responsibility)

Salary: £30,000-£55,797 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Contract Type: Long-term potential permanent position

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our school in the Leeds area. This role also includes a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) component, which means you will have additional responsibilities related to curriculum development, staff training, or other aspects of school improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons to Key Stage 2 students.
• Use innovative teaching methods to engage and inspire students.
• Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum.
• Provide leadership in areas of TLR responsibility.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment.
• Monitor and track student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Attend staff meetings, parents' evenings, and other school events as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience as a Key Stage 2 Teacher.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for education and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
• Relevant TLR experience or willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
