Elementa is recruiting for a Teacher of Spanish for a Secondary School in the Fishponds area of Bristol. The school is considered one of the top performing schools in Bristol, which regularly sees students achieve results above the national average. 

The role is teaching Spanish within Key Stage 3, but there is the likelihood of teaching across Key Stage 4 as well, which would include GCSE classes. As part of the MFL department it would be desired that you could also teach either German or French across Key Stage 3. This role is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, which would be approximately 6 months cover.

The ideal candidate will hold UK QTS, and have experience teaching Spanish and either French of German. Applications from Cover Supervisors who have experience teaching languages in UK schools will also be considered.

• Maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge
• Planning & marking
