Pertemps is seeking recruit a number of supervisors to work within the Keying/Segmentation Team for our client AQA based in Wymbush Milton Keynes.

Hours / Days of Work:

• 07:45 - 17:15 Monday to Saturday (Must attend all 6 shifts)
• 17:45 - 00:15 Monday to Friday (Must attend all 5 shifts)

Duration of contract:

• Days: 1st May 2024 - Early August 2024
• Twilight: 15th May 2024 - Middle of July 2024

Hourly Pay: Days: GBP14.25 Per Hour

Hourly Pay: Twilight: GBP14.60 Per Hour

Important note: Segmentation Twilight Supervisors starting on 15/05 will be required to work days until 17/05 for training (Supervisors starting after 15/05 will not be required to works days

THE ROLE:

Working as a supervisor in the Keying/Segmentation department you will be overseeing a team of operators tasked with meeting KPIs and ensuring accurate data extraction, your role is demanding and requires meticulous attention to detail. Provide Adequate Training: Make sure your team is well-trained in the tools and processes they will be using. Regular training sessions and updates on best practices can help maintain high standards.

Monitor Performance: Keep a close eye on the performance of your team and the progress towards KPIs. Utilize performance metrics and feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement.

Address Issues Promptly: If errors or issues arise, address them promptly and constructively. Use mistakes as learning opportunities and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence

Foster a Positive Team Environment: Encourage collaboration, teamwork, and a positive attitude among team members. Recognize and celebrate achievements to boost morale.

Lead by Example: Demonstrate a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in your own work. Your team will be more likely to follow suit if they see you prioritizing these qualities.
