Job Title:Keyworker in the Nursery School
Location: Bognor Regis
Salary: Annual salary of £25,119 (pro rata)
Hours: One day per week
Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Keyworker (Level 3 or Qualified Teacher) to join our team in Bognor Regis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will be working with children 3 to 4 years old and act as a Keyworker with a group of children, as well supporting the learning of children.
The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of how to support and extend children\'s learning. Ideally the one day a week would be a Monday or a Friday working from 8:30am until 4:15pm with a 45 min unpaid lunch break.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality learning, development, and care activities that meet the individual needs of children.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress and achievements.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure the Nursery is a safe and stimulating environment for children.
• Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• A recognised childcare Level 3 qualification or Qualified Teacher Status
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience working within Early Years.
