Kiosk Manager

Good Eats is our newest brand and concept to operate under the Snowfox Group. Working exclusively with Tesco, Good Eats will be launched into several smaller format Metro / Express stores with a focus on fresh, customisable food from around the globe.

There will be a freshly prepared product range of fan favourites that hit health & indulgence trends, meeting all meal occasions across breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacking.

There will be firm breakfast favourites from Bacon and egg rolls, to smoked salmon on rye. The lunch and evening offering includes Korean chicken, rice and grains, mac and cheese amongst many others – There will be something for everyone to enjoy!

What you'll be doing:

• As site manager, you will have full accountability for the operation of your Good Eats business, including driving sales and maximising opportunities through customer interaction and engagement, hiring, kiosk operations and food safety. A hands-on role, leading a small team, you will run your business with pride, and always have customer satisfaction as a top priority.
• As a food business operator, you will be expected to run your business compliantly within both statutory and company guidelines.
• Comfortable and natural in a food environment, you are an inspirational presence in your site, running high energy shifts and ensuring that you and your team deliver an outstanding experience for our guests and team.
• You are responsible for placing food orders in line with par levels, to ensure all menu items are in stock and Cost of Goods is maintained to company budget.
• You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team into future leaders, ensuring all reviews are completed in a timely manner and you provide your team with regular feedback
• Staff scheduling which ensures your site is adequately staffed whilst also complying with company labour control targets.
• You are confident in dealing with day-to-day HR processes, including ensuring all training, including your teams, is kept up to date and compliant as guided by our L&D department
• You recognise the importance of each & every sale at Good Eats whether that be through Takeaway, Delivery or Click & Collect
• You drive the team to take every penny possible through recommendations to customers and driving repeat business.

• We'll teach you what it means to master our menus and run your Kiosk like it's your own business.
• You will drive performance across sales, labour and food cost controls, always looking for opportunities to deliver on your business targets
• You'll inspire, engage and coach your Team, empowering them to follow your lead and deliver sensational service, sushi and everything in between.
• You will be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards in a face paced environment.
• You will be ensuring daily records of deliver, wastage and temperature checks are completely and recorded accurately.
