We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Kitchen Administrator to join The Fat Duck team. As a Kitchen Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining all administrative functions within the kitchen department, including health and safety records, food safety standards, rota entry, training records, food costings and supplier contact as well as other daily tasks.
We are looking for a Kitchen Administrator who can hit the ground running and has experience in a similar environment/kitchen. The role work 5 days per week Tuesday Saturday.
