Kitchen Attendant/Till Operator

To assist in the safe, hygienic and efficient operation of the hospitality facilities. To provide lecturers with practical help in the kitchen when necessary..

Have at least a Level 2 qualification in Food Hygiene or Food Preparation.

Have at least two years relevant employment experience working in a catering environment e.g. Café, Coffee Shop or Kitchen, with duties including cleaning, cooking or till operation.

Be able to demonstrate on the application form, by providing personal and specific examples, employment experience of food preparation or cooking.

Have at least a Level 2 qualification in Barista Skills OR at least one years relevant employment experience working as a Barista.
