Have at least a Level 2 qualification in Food Hygiene or Food Preparation.Have at least two years relevant employment experience working in a catering environment e.g. Café, Coffee Shop or Kitchen, with duties including cleaning, cooking or till operation. , Be able to demonstrate on the application form, by providing personal and specific examples, employment experience of food preparation or cooking.Have at least a Level 2 qualification in Barista Skills OR at least one years relevant employment experience working as a Barista.
