We are looking for a Catering / Kitchen Assistant to join our Lunch Club catering team in supporting the local community.
The successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate good organisation, interpersonal and customer service skills; have a genuine interest in catering and be approachable and professional.
We are looking for applicants who can communicate well and respond calmly under pressure and who can build good relationships with colleagues and customers.
To apply for this position, you will have:
- Previous experience of preparing food and cleaning food preparation areas
- Current Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or willingness to undertake qualification and complete within an agreed time
- A working knowledge of Health & Safety (incl. Fire) Regulations is desirable
