What we want
You're a chef. We need a Kitchen Manager. And if you're reading this, you're ready for the next chapter in your career. Let's cut to the chase. We want someone who'll get stuck in and take real pride in what they're serving and the team they're leading. You will be supporting multiple sites in readiness for our expansion plans in the area.
As our Kitchen Manager, you would be busy doing what you love - cooking from menus that are full of hearty home flavours. You'd also be working with some of the friendliest people around, our Loungers. They know the importance of treating everyone with kindness. Whether front of house offering a warm welcome or in the engine room preparing the food, they give it their all, approaching things in the same way, with a smile on their face and the knowledge that they've got each other's back.
