Kitchen Manager

Location: West Lebanon, NH

Salary: $60,000 to $70,000

About our client:

My client, a successful restaurant group with locations across the East Coast, are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to manage their culinary operations.

Kitchen Manager Duties:

• Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth back of house operations and high culinary standards
• Coordinate with the front of house operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests
• Assist with the recruitment and training of kitchen team members.
  Maintain current knowledge of best practices in training and development within the culinary industry to ensure compliance
• Coordinate with the Corporate Chef to create menu offerings that reflect the restaurant group's vision and brand
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for food preparation, storage, and safety
• Be financially astute, manage cost controls and order supplies as required adhering to budgets

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 3 years of management experience within a high-volume restaurant
• Experience in controlling all BOH financials including food and labour
• Invested in training and developing team members
• Ability to lead and inspire a team
• A creative and innovative individual with great communication skills
