Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all kitchen utensils, dishes, and glassware are washed and stored appropriately.
Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, including floors, workstations, equipment, and waste areas.
Assist in the unloading and storage of deliveries.
Ensure rubbish and waste are disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
Handle kitchen equipment with care and report any maintenance needs.
Comply with all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Qualities We're Seeking:
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work efficiently.
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, but training will be provided.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Understanding of basic hygiene and safety rules in the kitchen.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
