Position:Kitchen Porter
Location: Pedley Street Station, 63 Pedley Street, London
Responsibilities:
As a Kitchen Porter, you'll be an essential member of our culinary team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen. Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and Sanitising: Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces are clean and sanitised according to hygiene standards.
- Dishwashing: Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items efficiently to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Stock Management: Assist in the receiving, storage, and organisation of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Supporting Kitchen Staff: Assist chefs and cooks as needed, including food preparation tasks and basic kitchen duties.
- Waste Management: Properly dispose of kitchen waste and recycling materials in accordance with regulations.
- Adherence to Safety Standards: Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Previous Kitchen Experience: Experience working in a kitchen environment.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.

Salary: £10.42-£12.50 per hour
