The Bosville Hotel and Marmalade Hotel are hiring Kitchen Porters to join their team in Portree, The Isle of Skye. We are currently offering seasonal and permanent variable hours contracts for this role, and you will be working a minimum of 16 hours per week.

The Bosville Hotel, in Portree. The Bosville is contained within a trio of 19th-century cottages that have been lovingly restored and converted. Our refined but cosy accommodation is situated right in the centre of Portree, opposite the harbour with some of the best views in town.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Washing crockery and utensils as well as making sure our kitchen areas and equipment are cleaned on a daily basis.

· Help the chefs with distribution and organisation, making sure the shelves, cupboards, fridges, and freezers are organised and products rotated to accommodate the expire dates.

· Ensure that all procedures and policies concerning COSHH, and the use of chemicals and cleaning products are practiced at all times.

Job Types: Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
