We currently have an opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join our team. As our Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring kitchen cleanliness, basic food and maintaining kitchen organisation.
Main responsibilities of the role include: Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible. Collect and wash up pots and pans. Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery. Keep work surfaces, walls, and floors clean and sanitised. Ensure kitchen equipment is safe and stored properly. Removing and recycling waste from the kitchen.
What you’ll need to do the role: Ability to use initiative to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexible, organised, consistent and committed attributes. Ability to multi-tasks and meet deadlines. Effective communication skills. Good time management skills. Capable of working calmly and accurately.
