Main duties:
- Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy
- Washing and drying dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils
- Ensuring excellent cleaning standards are maintained
- Cleaning areas around the kitchen as required to company standards
- Assist with washing and drying of cloths and aprons
- Work in a fast paced environment where organisation is essential
- Ensure effective communication between Head Chef, chefs in the team and front of house team
- Great opportunities for career progression in the kitchen team, including training to be a chef
- This is not a complete list. You may be asked to undertake a variety of different tasks in addition.
Work Conditions
The Kitchen Porter will be required to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. In the event of staff shortages, be prepared to assist in other areas of Aston Marina.
