Shucks is a seafood restaurant set in the beautiful West End neighbourhood of Hyndland. The cuisine on offer focuses on the best produce from Scottish waters and beyond, with an eclectic influence on menu design and a focus placed on cooking whole fish and shellfish over fire. The drinks offering is a key focus, with a large bar being a great place to grab a pre-or post-dinner drink. The venue has the most varied drink offerings throughout our collection of restaurants, with a wide array of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, with its own drinks trolley ready to welcome guests in the dining room. Our largest venue in the group, it's a perfect location for larger parties, families and gatherings of friends. Shucks is recommended in the Michelin Guide and the Good Food Guide.
