Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils
- Empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen
- Support the kitchen staff with various tasks as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
