About us
The Inn has now been under the ownership of Alice and Jade since March 2016. Since this time there has been an extensive programme of refurbishment across the Inn.
Most recently we have completed the renovation of our largest letting room to form our first ‘junior suite’ Our snug has the lovely open fire for those chilly winter evenings, whilst our library on the first floor enjoys stunning views out across Loch Tummel.
We are looking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and motivated Kitchen assistant to join our dedicated team, living and working within arguably one of the most stunning parts of the world.
The candidate must be competent, driven and able to sustain a high standard. You will be a team player with a great understanding that this is very much a hands-on position. You will be a leader by driving standards, have meticulous nature and have the desire to achieve the highest possible standard ingrained in you.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning tasks, including washing dishes
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in preparing menu items
- Assisting the FOH team
- Preparing fruit and vegetables
- Maintaining health and safety practices
- Maintaining food hygiene practices
- Food running
- Table clearing
- Glass collecting
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work without close supervision

While working as a kitchen assistant and General assistant, you will gain a vast cross-section of transferable skills such as organisation, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, diligence and attention to detail that can be utilised in many roles and industries.

Free live in accommodation can be provided. The hotel and restaurant are closed on both Mondays and Tuesdays, allowing at least 2 days off per week.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Salary: Up to £12.00 per hour
