09.30am - 6.00pm Mon-Fri and Saturdays by appointment (with day off in lieu)

Permanent, Full-time or Part-time job share

Base salary £25K; Realistic OTE £50-80K + Uncapped commission

ALM Studios, a bespoke kitchen studio, is currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Sales Designer.

Based on the high street in beautiful Sunninghill, ALM Studios is a design-focused business dedicated to delivering unique, luxury and bespoke kitchen solutions. We take enormous pride in not only creating beautiful kitchen projects, but also delivering exceptional customer service.

We would love to hear from you if you are:

• An experienced Kitchen designer with a demonstrable track record and portfolio developed over at least 3 years
• Always going above and beyond in the customer experience you deliver
• Able to independently cultivate new prospective customers and contribute insights to our marketing plans.
• Passionate about bringing our clients visions of their perfect kitchen to life.
• Super organised, with excellent business administration skills, encompassing everything from ordering, to final handover.
• Trustworthy and reliable to manage and maintain a top notch studio environment day to day.
• Keen to collaborate on shaping the future direction and expansion of the business
• Equipped with the required tools of the trade include: proficiency in design software (we use Compusoft Winner), expertise using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and a car for visiting customer's homes.

Your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Contacting prospective clients and welcoming visitors to the showroom studio
• Discovering the needs and wants of a prospective client, inspiring them with new and fresh ideas
• Designing kitchens that meet the brief and the budget of the customers
• Create costings, sales quotations and renders using Excel, Winner and 3CAD
• Successfully completing the sales process to secure the business
• Site visits and surveys
• Placing orders with suppliers and taking care of all purchasing
• Liasing with the team, especially the project manager.
• Updating the CRM and sales pipeline
