Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Team Member which requires some cooking, to join our Italian street food team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering high-quality meals to our customers. Duties:
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, and fryers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Experience:
- Previous experience in an Italian culinary or kitchen role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £8.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
