Hourly Rate: £14.00 p/h
We are looking for a fun and energetic Kitchen Supervisor who has a proven track record in maintaining standards and training their teams to join the team at Revolution Aberdeen! You will be instrumental in leading this large team and delivering an amazing guest experience. You will need experience in branded food operations and be able to maintain the highest of standards. Being a great communicator and relationship builder is essential in a Kitchen Supervisor role, as you’ll need to work with the Kitchen Manager, kitchen team and front of house team, to ensure you're able to deliver a fantastic guest experience!
In the this role, you'll provide recognition to your team when they're doing well, and give developmental feedback to resolve performance gaps. You'll be a supportive coach, motivator and professional when interacting with the team, and help them understand the value of their contribution towards our goals.
