Full Time Kitchen Team Member at Central Production - Newcastle International Airport
Pay Rate: £11.60 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £12.80 per hour.
Shift pattern: Full Time (Must be able to work 30 hours, at all times), scheduled between 04:00am- 10pm, including weekends
Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
Due to some responsibilities within the Kitchen Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol.

AS A KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER, YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INVOLVE:
- Helping with deliveries.
- Preparing meats and vegetables
- Assisting in stock rotation.
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
- Effective time management for preparation and production of products.
- Precise measurements of ingredients and portion sizes.
- Executing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as directed.
